How does ordering work?+
Pick an item, hit Order, and you'll get a unique order reference (like
MXW-7F3KQ9RB). That reference is the thread that ties everything together — your payment, your proof, and your order status. Save it.How do I pay? Do you take cards on the site?+
No card processing happens here — nothing is charged on the site. After you order, you'll see exactly how to pay using whichever method you chose (crypto wallet + QR, or a link/handle for PayPal, Ko-fi, Skrill, Interac, Wealthsimple, or Throne). You pay me directly, off-site, then upload a screenshot as proof. I confirm it by hand.
Which payment method should I use?+
Crypto is preferred— it's the most private and the most reliable. The other methods work too, but some processors are unfriendly to adult sales, so crypto keeps things smooth for both of us. Always include your order reference in the payment note when the method allows it.
Is it discreet?+
Yes. Packaging is plain and unlabeled — nothing on the outside hints at what's inside or who it's from. There's no maxxxwear branding anywhere on the parcel, and there's no billing descriptor to worry about since you pay me directly.
Do I have to give my email or any personal info?+
Just one way to reach you — an email ora Telegram handle, whichever you prefer. That's the only contact detail asked for, and it's used purely for your order: confirming payment landed, answering a shipping question, sending tracking. No accounts, no mailing list, nothing shared with anyone.
Do you make custom videos? How "worn" is worn?+
Yes — custom videos are one of the most common custom orders I get. Tell me the length and what you want in it and I'll send you a price. Same goes for physical items: each listing says how it comes by default, but a specific wear time, activity, or personal touch is just another custom request away.
How will I know my order status?+
Your order page (the one at your reference) shows the current status — Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, Complete. If you left a Telegram handle, I'll ping you on updates too. Bookmark your reference link.
What's your refund policy?+
Because these are intimate, single-owner items, all sales are finalonce an order is confirmed — for hygiene reasons they can't be returned or resold. If a payment issue or mix-up happens before confirmation, reach out with your reference and we'll sort it out.
Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on every order to the US, Canada, and Mexico. Anywhere else is case-by-case — message me with your country before ordering and I'll confirm. Tracking is always available as a paid add-on no matter where you're ordering from. Everything ships via Canada Post, discreetly, everywhere.
What if my package never arrives?+
If Canada Post loses it, or there's a service disruption like a strike or a carrier error, I'll reship your order — no charge. What I can't do is reship or refund based only on a claim that a package didn't show up, especially once tracking shows it as delivered — at that point it's between you and your local carrier. If something genuinely goes wrong in transit, message me with your order reference and we'll work it out case-by-case.
Do I need to be 18+?+
Yes. This is a strictly 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) adult store. The age gate isn't a formality — by ordering you confirm you're a consenting adult.
