1. Adults only (18+)
maxxxwear sells intimate, adult items. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater — to browse, order, or otherwise use this site. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. How orders & payment work
No payment is processed on this site. When you place an order you receive a reference code and instructions to pay off-site using the method you selected. You pay directly; you then submit proof of payment, and the order is confirmed manually. An order is only binding once payment has been received and confirmed.
3. All sales final
Because these are intimate, single-owner items, all sales are final once an order is confirmed. For hygiene reasons items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after confirmation. If a payment error occurs before confirmation, contact us with your reference and we'll resolve it.
4. Shipping
Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging once payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier; we're not responsible for carrier delays, customs handling, or losses outside our control. Where provided, a tracking number is shared on your order page.
5. Conduct
Don't use the site to harass, defraud, or submit false payment proof, and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse it. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. No resale or redistribution
Items and any digital content are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Liability
The site and items are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Changes
